Q: Are all items authentic?
A: Every piece we sell is hand-curated and will indicate if a COA is included. If you would like an item authenticated by Real Authentication the added fee is $35. If the item fails authentication a full refund (excluding $35) will be granted. Pre-loved doesn’t mean questionable, it means unique, sustainable, and fabulous.
Q: What condition are the items in?
A: Each item listing includes condition notes (e.g., new with tags, gently used, vintage wear). We believe in transparency so you know exactly what you’re getting.
Q: Is shipping included in the price?
A: Shipping costs are not included in the item price. Rates will be calculated at checkout or shared during live shows.
Q: Do you accept returns?
A: Because our items are one-of-a-kind, all sales are final. If there’s an issue with your order, please reach out and we’ll work with you.

Q: Do you consign or buy items?
A: Yes! We offer our Splurge & Purge program — send us your designer, vintage, or boutique pieces and we’ll help them find a new home.
